Mike has had 27 years of healthcare finance experience. Previously, he has worked with HCA, The Healthcare Company, as hospital CFO and as VP Operations for HCA Physician Services. With Physician Services he managed operations for over 1,200 physician practices throughout the country. He has also had the opportunity to be VP Finance for HealthSpan, an HMO/PPO plan in Ohio. Recent experience has been with physician-owned ventures including short-stay acute care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers and hospital/physician syndications. Mr. Conroy has a BS in Finance from Clarion State University.

Katherine Lower
Administrator

Kathie was responsible for the start-up operations of the surgery center and previously worked with the start-up team for Pine Creek Medical Center. She has held positions in healthcare administration for over 20 years, primarily in acute care in large medical centers and small hospitals. Ms. Lower has a BSN from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree from George Mason University.
